UPDATE 1.7.0

---BTR REVAMP---
-Retextured the BTR again, made it more accurate to the ingame version
-BTR node removed, it is now on a system where it drives until it finds a redstone block then takes a right turn, accurate to the ingame version
-Made the BTR's autocannon more accurate to ingame, its bullets now glow
-BTR now has a second stage where its speed is doubled and it catches on fire

---AT-7---
-New weapon, the AT-7 Rocket Launcher
-It does a very small amount of splash damage from the rocket, but anything hit directly by it takes a little over 100 damage
-Can be picked up from a new block, the AT-7 crate
-It takes about 5-6 of them to get the BTR into phase 2, and another 4-5 to kill it

---RIF CHANGES---
-The RIF Basic and RIF Medic got new animations for shooting while firing
-Fully revamped the bullet system for the RIF, they should no longer teamkill, and damage to the player should be more consistent
-Removed the RIF Machine Gunner for now, it will return the next update with a new model

---OTHER---
-Lowered the volume of the Gilbert plushie
-Aries now attacks every enemy, not just the player
