NEW BOSS, ARIES BLACKTOP
-Rogue menlonian lieutenant
-Has his own music for all 4 of his stages, made by @clubboxyippeeoffical
-Executions for 3 of his stages
--Phase 1, 150hp, has an RPD (no execution)
--Phase 2, 150hp, has generic AR rifle (execution under 15 hp)
--Phase 3, 200hp, has a revolver (execution under 15 hp)
--Phase 4, 250hp, has an axe (execution under 15 hp) 

FULL BTR-82 REVAMP
-New Model, Texture, and tweaked animations
-Doesn't shoot explosive bullets anymore, replaced by an autocannon
-No longer moves by default, but it can be moved on custom paths using the new BTR node block
--When the BTR node is powered by redstone it makes the nearest BTR-82 pathfind to it
--This can be used by mapmakers to make the BTR go on set paths

TWEAKED EXECUTION SYSTEM
-For some executions (mainly the ones for aries) the camera no longer zooms in
--Let me know if this causes any issues, this is experimental

OTHER CHANGES
-Removed Flare plushie, it will return in the next update with a revamped model!
