--Bunch of Sin, RIF, and Gilbert changes
BUGFIXES
-Sin now targets stage 2 chimera
-Sin and Gilbert are no longer immune to each other's bullets
-Sin's bullets no longer cause massive amounts of lag
-The RIF can no longer friendly fire each other
-Stage 2 Sin has his voicelines back
ADDITIONS
-The RIF soldiers now use the new projectile system, their damage was tweaked
-The RIF standard now has a shotgun, model not changed yet
-Made Gilbert's shotgun stronger, his melee has a new death message
-Sin's bullets now use the new projectile system, his potential damage was increased
-Bosses actually target each other now, you can set up cool boss fights and stuff
