Features

Major registration code changes.  Now less janky and easier to port cross-platform!

Part crafting recipes can now be overridden via config.

Added decor bench to craft decors.

Vehicles can now have exhaust systems for particles, and can have intake offsets to go into deep water.

Packs no longer need lang files.

Instrument rendering is re-done.  Allows for more complex instruments, but makes all current instruments invisible.

Fixes

Joysticks can now change the throttle.

Sponge servers should no longer have vehicle seat issues.

Fixed "flashing" tab icons.

Joysticks can now adjust trim without needing to repeatedly hit the trim button.

Fixed closing vehicle panel crashing the game.

If you add light parts onto a vehicle, the button will appear in the panel now.
