Fixed Bugs:

- Fixed Estus Flask healing too much HP

- Fixed that Clear Command would remove Darksign

- Fixed that Give Command would give Darksign

- Fixed loosing souls by using Darksign without teleporting

- Fixed the player healing to full HP when joining the world

- Fixed teleporting items like Darksign or Homeward Bone making you stuck on the ground after usage
