Mine Hero RX

Note: This is a server optimised version of the mha mob intended for servers that suffer from low mha mob spawn rates, if you encounter spawn rates as being too high with this version switch to the regular "my hero academia" mod

- Damage per second moves have been better balanced (especially whirlwind, flight and strong arm)
- Mha mobs no longer spawn indoors
- Hanzo has now been patched to give proper exp
- Muscle man now gives more exp
- Cement sneak + second move can now fire the Boulder again
- Decay glitch now gives exp
- Whirlwind torrent gives exp
- All for one can no longer steal one for one
- Added Deku entity
- Watergun quirk now gives water breathing and dolphins grace passives
- Reduced mob spawns to a more manageable rate
- Stamina command no longer sets the users stamina but rather adds or subtracts the amount stated
- Students can now have regeneration quirk
- Mha mobs no longer spawn in water
- Added copy quirk (sneak + right click to copy quirk, copied quirks last for 5 minutes at base but every 3 points in power adds another minute)
