What's new

- Mha mobs and quirks now follow mob griefing gamerule (set mob griefing to false and destructive quirks will no longer destroy blocks)
- Spawn rates lowered to a more manageable amount
- Mha mobs no longer start fights with one another if they’re on the same side
- Added reputation wand (see mha main file for a more in depth explanation)
