Mine Addons 2

fixes:
- fixed bucket being destroyed when making a forgotten enchantment
- fixed milk removing ultimate set buffs
- fixed potions timers bug while using infused / ultimate set
- fixed forgotten anvil applying uncompatible enchantments

changes:
- changed elytra and rocket enchantments drop. now it has a drop rate (check config)
- eltry enchantment drops from ender dragon
- rocket enchantment drops from wither boss

new:
- added fiberglass ingot
- added fiber tools, if tinkers not enabled
- added recipes for fiber tools, infused set and ultimate set, if tinkers nor foundry enabled
- added a line above and bellow enchantments in ultimate set for better reading
- added foundry mod support
- added crafttweaker mod support (check wiki for more info)

- added more enable / disable options to config

PS: it's advised to make a clean config file
