  • add config options to disable all the default teleportation methods 
  • add option for custom teleporation methods via CraftTweaker. Use
        • mods.mindpalaces.TeleportUtil.teleportPlayer(iplayer, boolean toMP)
  • fix randomly teleporting back to close to 0,0,0 (when getting kicked while in bed already)
  • slightly prevent teleporting back into griefed area. will check the surrounding blocks for a safe respawn position
  • made re-enter time world time dependent instead of playtime (only matters for servers). will be more lenient when players try to enter right after relog into night
  • fix mind palace biomes showing up in overworld
  • fix mounted state preventing kick and relocation inside MP (with config)
  • re-sync sleep paralysis debuff timer
