fixed not being able to sleep normally

just added dependency for fermiumbooter so ppl without it wont be confused why it crashed. otherwise identical to:

  • added potion effect "Sleep Paralysis" to indicate how long players have left in their mind palace (has no actual effect, just a countdown)
  • added waystones compat (required adding fermiumbooter dependency)
  • allowed defining wall block (instead of bedrock) and making the walls unable to drop items when broken
  • disabled explosions in mind palace (configable)
