What's new
- Added a HUD editor screen (keybind O) to drag, resize, and position the sanity/tempo bars.
- Added client config options for bar size and per-bar X/Y offsets so HUD placement persists.
- Added new insanity-side status effects including vertigo, dread, and blackout triggers.
- Enhanced the insanity desaturation shader with chromatic aberration, glow, film grain, scanlines, and improved vignette/blur shaping for stronger visuals.
- Updated overlay rendering to use the configurable bar sizing/offsets and dynamically position labels/tooltips.
- Removed noisy client logging from the sanity shader handler.
