Fixed recipes not appearing at all. Oops.
Fixed toolbelt texture being messed up after I changed the texture size so that it didnt change the mip levels.
Added Milkevs Rules, a small datapack I privately made a long time ago. It adds a recipe for cobwebs <-> string, as well as makes fortune effect ancient debris (drops ancient scrap) and effect wheat properly
