- Creepers on hard mode and nightmare mode can now spawn with a lightning rod orbitting them, allowing the creeper to shoot lightning at you, or charge itself
- creepers can now instead of exploding, launch themselves back and blind you with their breath. 
- new config options, including the ability to disable everything I just mentioned.
