Bugs solved and changes: Bugs with the SCP 042-ES Pivot points, SCP 1176 giving out 1176-2 WITHOUT a glass bottle in the inventory and the wither effect from SCP 106 have been solved

SCP 2950 and 1176 must be respawned in your worlds, since they were removed and re-added to the files due to a bug affecting them.

The blueprints have been removed TEMPORARILY due to a game-crashing bug related to them.

SCP 018 throwable ability has been TEMPORARILY removed due to the exact same bug related to the blueprints.
