Added 2 new abilities to Gas quirk
Added a new abilities to springlike limbs and strong arm which stockpiles when the player attacks an entity
Added an ability to shock absorption which stockpiles the damage gained when the player with the quirk is attacked by another player or entity
added an ability which repels a specific damage to the entities within the range which depends on the stockpile of Shock Absorption
reworked quirk ability textures
