Additions:

when player joins the world he has a high chance of gaining a quirk syringe, 0 work, or 2 quirk syringe which you can only choose one power

Remove Red shard quirk (bugged)

Quirk syringe not disappearing when right clicked by the player

Fix and Re-added the Amplivolt Quirk

Fix Purple Gas quirk

Fix Smoke quirk

Fix Acid quirk

Fix Gas quirk

Re-added Purple Skin quirk

Added a bit more abilities to Amplivolt

Fix Hyper Regen quirk ability not activating when the key bind is pressed

Fix random Blackhole spawning at night

Reworked water control abilities

Fix the description box for quirks

Reworked the stat system making them permanent even after death.
