Mercenaries and Artificers (RPG Series Plus)

Repeating Crossbows now deal slightly more damage, have slightly less arrows, have 1s longer draw time, but 50% faster draw speed. This makes them able to use ranged abilities more often, while increasing the damage dealt by them from before by a little bit.
