general changes:
the overgrown forest doesn't spawn nearly as much allays.
ores now are effected by fortune.
withered leaves can now drop sticks, a rotten apple, and a withered sapling.
radioactilands changes:
2 new mobs - radioactive sheep, and radioactive chicken.
the radioactive mobs now have more drops.
the texture for the radioactive spider eye has changed.
the decontaminator now turns any block above it to a non-irradiated form if it wasn't already.
