Mekanism Version Locked — 2.6

• Fix electrolytic separator capacity feedback: stored energy no longer becomes the base for capacity multiplication.
• Derive the hydrogen-production buffer from current energy cost and baseline operation count, with saturating multiplication.
• Clamp saved surplus in affected separators to their correct buffer limit; preserve energy within the legitimate limit. Back up the world before updating.
• Keep normal client capacity synchronization and the optional creative-upgrade capacity path.
• Retain all Version Locked 2.5 chemical compatibility fixes and previous heater settings.

Validation: the regression fails with 2.5 and passes with 2.6; repeated capacity recalculation, energy preservation, surplus repair, capacity synchronization and non-hydrogen recipe behavior are covered. Only the separator energy-container class changes in the JAR.

Install matching client and server versions and remove older Mekanism JARs. Original Mekanism credits and MIT license preserved.
