v20.1-1.0.1

**Empowered Speed upgrades could be lost from the mod's own NBT section**

- The upgrade range was off by one, so the first added upgrade stayed in the vanilla `upgrades` list.
- Existing worlds are migrated on load: the count is recovered from the vanilla list and that list is cleaned up.
- Fixed the 1.20.1-only optional injection targets (`com.jerry.mekextras.*` -> `com.jerry.mekanism_extras.*`, plus the mekaf / mekmm base classes).
- Verified on a dedicated 1.20.1 server: 16 vanilla plus 8 Empowered speed/energy upgrades keep their counts across a restart.

Requires Mekanism 10.4.16+ and Kotlin for Forge 4.12+; large machines need MoreMachine 1.2.x. Only supports Minecraft 1.20.1 with Forge 47.4+.
