Mekanism Config Card Upgrades

1. Fixed an issue where item duplication or loss would occur after closing the upgrade sub-window following changes to slot contents in the slot pack.

2. Removed unreasonable excessive stack size settings on slots, restored vanilla-consistent stacking behavior to prevent overstacking.

3. Adjusted item return priority: when removing upgrades from the machine (e.g. clearing modes, uninstalling old upgrades during paste operations), returned items will first go into the slot pack. If the slot pack is full, items will transfer to the player inventory; if the inventory is also full, items will drop on the ground.

1. 修复卡槽包槽位内容变更关闭升级子窗口后出现物品复制或丢失的特性。
2. 移除槽位上不合理的超大堆叠设置，恢复与原版一致的堆叠行为，避免超堆叠。 
3. 修改返还优先级：从机器上移除升级（如清除模式、或粘贴过程中需卸下旧升级等）时，返还物品改为 优先进入卡槽包，卡槽包放不下再进玩家物品栏，仍放不下再掉落地面。
