- Commands to spawn the meteors added

- Giant Metalite Shuriken are now stackable.

- Meteor spawners (only in creative) are now stackable.

- Now the Star Gunpowder explodes in creative mode.

- When you right-click chests, furnaces, or crafting tables with a meteor spawner in hand, it no longer spawns the meteor.

- Server crash fixed.
