Some fixes:

Removed Panacea recipe.
Distillery brewing sometimes was wasting resources in exchange for nothing.
Added Panacea recipe in the distillery, but currently uknown to players.
Fixed text in the Distillery Guide Book, where Vinca and Belladonna extracts actually had a different recipe.
Glucose injection lasts for 15 seconds now, instead of 3 minutes. - for balance purposes.
