Small update adding new configs and fixing the Medal Case render.

I have also added a European Spanish language file done through Google Translate. Translations may not be 100% accurate.

A few smaller tweaks in the code in preparation for future updates as well.
Note : Medal Case doesn't update render if item removed from inventory with hoppers, unable to test with other players

- Added medal ore generation configs
- Added spawn restriction configs
- Added Dev Gift restriction config
- Added "Attack Target" using the Extra mode of Medawatch when sneaking and left click Medabot
- Added es_es language file, Espanol (Spanish), thanks to Google Translate
- Added secret method to obtain GreyWars Black (will change & reveal in future update)

Changes

- Changed Medal Case to display medal items instead of model change
- Made Rubberrobo MedaWatches be different colours
- Reduced gold output for smelting medals

- Fixed Medal Case not updating render
- Fixed Medals not being craftable with Blaze rods
