What's new
-Added new machines: The hydrator collects water if all blocks surrounding it are water source blocks (on the same y level) and the foundry cools molten perlium into perlium ingots!
-Added tons of crafting recipes and new materials to be used by them!
-Added machine tiers: Use machine upgrade kits and shift right click to boost your machine's speed by up to 4x
-Added defaulted inventory implementations, and DoubleInventory for both fluids & items
-Control panel works with both items and fluids IO now in the screen!
