  1. Added custom BasePlacementToolItem base class extending AEBasePoweredItem instead of WirelessTerminalItem.

  1. Tools are no longer recognized as wireless terminals by other mods (e.g., AE2 addons).
  2. Removed wireless range and dimension restrictions - tools now work across dimensions without distance limits.
  3. Expanded radial menu selection area - items can now be selected from the center of the wheel.

  1. Fixed cable facade NBT matching - facades with different NBT tags are now correctly distinguished.
