fixed remove sky configuration not loading

option to disable mobs from entering portals (eg,nether mobs don't come in the overworld)

 

updated lives command to work in command blocks.

you can add @p at the end of the command (optional)

 

added ai mobs can drop spawners (configurable)

be careful as the mobs that spawn can also drop spawners.

still testing WIP but the feature is available for testing
