What's new
- Fix boat controls and models / textures
- Mitigate rotation input being FPS bound
- Per seat dismount positions
- Add guards against dismounting vehicles through walls
- Fix tanks not being able to open hatches
Note: Some vehicles' turning may feel slower. This is desired, as we now attempt to scale rotation input over time, rather than framerate. The current implementation has its limitations, it may be reworked again. (Working with this codebase is difficult)
