Added a future-proof configuration menu with modmenu integration.

Added a configuration system to go with it

The preferred audio device is now saved to the config

Grouped the old off Swap hands in inventory tweak and the new recipe book tweak in a single Inventory tweak

 

New tweaks:

 - Adjustable lava fog density for better visibility under lava

 - mouse Scroll to turn pages in recipe books

 

Bug fixes:

 - Swap hands in inventory did not work correctly with two item stacks of the same item

 - Swap hands in inventory did not behave correctly when trying to swap the offhand stack with itself
