MC Cards

- Added 2 new Uncommon Cards: Breeze Card, Bogged Card
- Reordered the Nether Cards section of the All Cards Creative Tab moving the Blizz Card by the Blaze Card
- Added one new advancement: Rabbit Like (Find a Blub Card.) (Please note the Blub Card is currently not required for any Collector advancements)
- Added the 2 new Uncommon Cards to the Uncommon Card Collector Advancement
- The Card Stand block has been changed since I was limited to 188 cards, now there is a second block that is placed if any of the cards in this update or newer updates are placed inside (This changes nothing with gameplay but is a technical update. Please also note that due to this change it created a virtually unavoidable issue where it kicks you out of the card stand UI when you put a card above ID 188 inside)
- The Card Stand Block now has a tick rate of 1 rather than 5
- Added the new cards and the Blub Card to the /allcards structures (WARNING THIS COMMAND CAN DESTROY YOUR BUILDS USE WITH CAUTION!!!!)
- The config file has been cleaned up by making the tab names capitolized and in proper english with spaces instead of _'s
- The Blub Card has been temporarily added to the Ultimate Cards type in JEI until we get the Sift Dimension this will be the proper rarity for it to be recieved from.
- Since we are now actually in a version where Copper Golems exist the Copper Golem Card has been given a re-texture since when I added it no one thought it would ever be added to the game
- Updated the download count of the Downloads Card (Thank you so much for over 20,000 downloads!!!)
