1.5.3 - New Edition and QOL

- Added localization for the Enchantment Descriptions mod on the Edition Hunter enchantment 
- The Card Stand and Huge Card Stand are now properly mineable faster with a pickaxe 
- The Base Card Pack can now be placed inside the Card Pack Stand
- Changed the End Card Pack recipe to use Popped Chorus Fruit instead of an Eye Of Ender
- Changed the tooltip of the Grading Table to specify that it does not give Card Editions
- Added 3 new advancements: First Edition Cards (Find a First Edition card while grading.), Collectors Edition Cards (Find a Collectors Edition card while grading.), and Shiny Cards (Find a Shiny Card while grading.)
- Added one new Edition: Shiny
- Updated the Edition section of the Card's tooltips it now looks like this "Edition : Shiny"
- Fixed an issue where Card Bit's in a card shredder would not stack when pressing the button
- Added one new Huge Card: Huge Villager Card (This is the first Rare Huge Card)
- Huge Rare Cards can now be received from the Rare Mega Box
- Fixed an issue where certain Uncommon, all Rare, all Nether, and all End Cards had an extra blank tooltip line
- The Base Card Pack has been added to the tag cards:all_card_packs
