When consumed gives:

- Health Boost V - 30s
- Haste V - 30s
- Speed III - 30s
- Strength II - 30s
- Fire Resistance - 30s
- Resistance - 30s
- Mining Fatigue - 5s
- Slowness - 5s

 

Life Sensor:

When stepped by any alive entity emits a redstone signal

 

Hard Rock:

Just a normal block but takes 35 seconds to break

Drops 4 Hard Rock Fragment when mined

 

And also a new structure, Hard Rock Chamber
