Added

• ProjectE EMC ports (mm:projecte/emc, needs ProjectE). Set capacity in the port config.
  • Recipes consume or produce EMC with { "type": "mm:projecte/emc", "emc": 2048 }. A min/max range works too, and per_tick spreads the cost over the recipe like energy.
  • Relays and collectors next to an input port fill it. An output port sends its EMC into the blocks around it, such as relays.
  • kleinSlot: true gives the port a Klein Star slot: the input port empties the star into the machine, the output port charges it. kleinRate limits how much EMC moves per tick.
  • EMC shows in JEI and Jade, and KubeJS ports use capacity(), kleinSlot() and kleinRate().

Fixed

• tierRank was ignored on most port types, including Mekanism chemical, PneumaticCraft air, Create kinetic, Ars Source and Nuclear Radiation ports. Structures with minTier/maxTier on those ports never formed. It now works on every port type, from KubeJS and from config in JSON.
