Evokers have a 25% chance to drop the Mask of the Magician
Passive: When worn you have permanent Bad Omen 2
Vex: Summons 3 vex around you with a 2 minute cooldown
Sea Of Fangs: Summons a bunch of Evoker Fangs around you with a 3 minute cooldown
Changes/Fixes:
Fixed the Darkened effects texture
Changed the Ice Trap activation time to 2 seconds instead of 5
Made the Ice Trap ability give slowness and wither half a second before trapping them in ice
