0.4.1: Bug Fixes + Tinkering

- fixed Eyebot/Rogue Eyebot spawns (again)
- added more voicelines to Eyebots
- fixed Bloatflies being able to take fall damage, because that's dumb
- made it so Radroaches can't only spawn in caves anymore
- rebalanced weapons (and added bleeding and crippling effects to some of them to make them more interesting / justify their existence)
