- Changed maple sapling trade classification to "rare item".

   - Note: After some testing, maple trees were taking way too long to obtain in survival (expected time to obtain just one of the two was over 180 hours). This change increases the likelihood of getting one of the two saplings, while also preventing getting both in a single trade. Obtaining a maple sapling should now be approximately 10 times faster.
