Make arbitrary items use botania mana. Also has wizardry wands that use botania mana.
Description
This mod gives packdevs the ability to define mana costs for arbitrary items.
It also adds some compatibility with Electroblob's Wizardry.

- (ElectroBlob's Wizardry) Adds 4 wands (one for each spell tier) that use Botania mana instead of Wizardry mana.
