Initially backported to 1.20.1.

Note: Because the vanilla enchantment system has changed SIGNIFICANTLY from 1.20.1 to 1.21.1, and Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks’ casting mechanics have also changed  (there’s no staff in 1.20.1), some enchantments’ applicable gear and rarities in 1.20.1 differ from those in 1.21.1.
