Second pass over the beta.45 playtest, for Minecraft 1.21.1 / NeoForge 21.1.249.

Changed

• The Arcane Portal is restored: a clean arch, a compass plaza and a dais. The Receptacle stands on a plinth to the right of the plaza and the Construction Altar niche is in a hall at the north edge.
• The Receptacle now sends its 14 blocks, one at a time, to 14 rune cells on the front of the arch (12 Arcane Brick and 2 Carved Keystone).
• The Sky Stalker no longer spawns on the sky island for now.

Fixed

• The Portal rebuild could place blocks in the air when the Portal was rotated.
• The Observatory no longer blends into the terrain; the terrain inside it is cleared, including above the boss arena.
• Sky island: real waterfalls, and tower roofs that sit on their platforms.

Notes

Needs majestic_core 0.0.0-beta.7 and astral_core. Not tested in game yet.
