What's new

--Various texture/model updates, config bug fixes, other bug fixes, and changes to costume armors
--Costume/cosmetic armor now comes in tiers, drops or is crafted in leather tier.

--Leather tiers an be upgraded by combining a piece of corresponding slot in next tier inside a smithing table. IE-leather tier costume chest piece + iron chestplate = iron tier costume chest piece.
