- added milk config to allow other items to clear buffs instead
- player kodoku should reset on death now, if it didn't before
- added fallen down scale with enemy health config
- spatial displacement changed to be easier to use AOE mode (reverting changes that were a result of selective displacement rework)

- removed mana update packets for durability exchange (forgot to remove earlier)
