- remade AOE mode on mystic staff to be more fun (notably this is also a significant buff to this mode). mana cost is now per projectile, and each explosion will deal the configured damage
- added new config for fire rate of new AOE mode on mystic staff
- removed "easter egg" for changing colors on mystic staff
- added mystic staff modes as options in color customization gui
- added configs to allow health and armor to contribute to kodoku values when a thing is killed (separate configs for hostiles and passive mobs)
- new default for this is that health contributes some kodoku value to mobs but armor doesn't
- added config for limit on projector display offset distance (default 60 blocks as its always been)
