What's new
- added drain life damage config
- added new drain life punishment (and config) for things with magic resist (this is specifically tuned to kill witches)
- added tax bracket configs for durability exchange - higher durability items will have their durabilities significantly munched on, but will slow down as they get closer to 0
- added a small note to Morgan's page to indicate that it needs mana
- added a note to durability exchange that higher durability items will be eaten more quickly
