- add debug to power consolidation, under RHO_AIAS_KILL_DEBUG config
- projection anvil behavior reworked such that combining identical enchantments will not increase value. though, due to forge limitations, the preview is incorrect, but the result should be correct. alternative config added (for immersion) to prevent projections from being used at all on an anvil, default false.
