- converted the following to potion effects: borrowed authority, all mystic eyes, "fear", "reverted", "bound", "peaceful garden", "interesting block", "black fire", "bleeding" - this will hopefully fix issues with the spells lasting forever.

- consolidated event subscribers to reduce overhead

- fae now lose their invisibility when affected by mystic eyes of reversion

- rewrote clairvoyance and reversion to use significantly less packets (like from 2*X packets to 1 for X entities). should be much more stable now for larger numbers of creatures. 

- caliburn durability increased to 1000 and is now configurable. requires restart - mystic eyes of binding and reversion now display an overlay for affected players

- rewrote keybinding to send less packets when pressing "draw circle" button

- new item "mystic code - first sorcery" with configurable durability (default 50) and doesn't consume scrolls

- mahoujin projector can now use circles from the internet through the server side config
