- added boundary scrolls
- added config for whitelisting/blacklisting leyline dimensions
- reworked mana draining system to include new mana circuit block (two variants, only difference is appearance. and lag maybe?).
- gems should now properly update when mana is drained from them if they didnt before
- normal boundaries, raise enclosure, ordered displacement, equivalent displacement, catalyst exchange, alchemical exchange, ascension should now use nearby mana circuits first before trying to get mana from the player.
- players can now draw mana from nearby mana circuits for spells and charging gems, as long as they belong to the player
