This version can mess up the textures from mercenaries from previous version, make sure to back up your world before updating!

(If you really liked a skin from your mercenary and got rerolled, you can use the skin customizer in creative mode to set it back)

Changelog

  • Reworked skin management to be server side, so people can add their own skin parts and preset textures via datapack + resourcepack.
  • Improved mercenary battle goals to fit more their respective classes.
  • Added armor compatibility so mercenaries now display most modded armors correctly.
  • Added modded bow and arrows compatibility for archers for most modded bows, for bows that don't work by default you can add them to the bows tag. 
  • Added tooltip to the class icon inside the mercenary menu to display the class of the mercenary.
  • Added creative mode Skin Customizer item that allows to customize mercenaries with composite skins.
  • Fixed not being able to bypass permanent contract requirement in creative mode.
  • Restricted menu interactions and mode interactions to outside battle.
  • Fixed contract seconds display.
  • Fixed bug with mercenaries still following and being allied to the previous contractor when contract ended.
