Commands:
/chat disable - disable chat on the server (only op)
/chat enable - enables chat on the server (only op)

 

Chats:
!Text - Global Chat
Text - local chat (radius adjustable)
@Text - admin chat (op only) (in development)

 

A config has been created in which you can configure the radius in which players see the local chat, as well as the disabling of the local chat.
