This version was specially made for Permadeath+

Magic Apple Buff:
- Health Boost V for five minutes
- Strength I for a quick 10 seconds

The Cursed Stone:
- In Permadeath, this will be the item you'll need for opening a Nether portal
- When right-clicking with this item in the off-hand, you gain Strength I and Health Boost I for two minutes at the cost of Hunger II for three minutes
- After using the item, it is consumed and a 10 minute cooldown prevents you from using another Cursed Stone.
- There is no recipe for the standalone mod at the moment
