List of changes:

-New Crafting Recipes for Iron, Gold, and Diamond Horse Armors along with Saddles and Name Tags.
-Changes all Smithing Templates to require less Diamonds and more of their respective blocks to craft.
-Changes Rail items to use Copper instead of Iron and Gold along with crafting into 8 instead of 6. (Also slightly updated Crafting Recipes.)
-Iron and Gold Armors to be smelted and blasted into Ingots instead of Iron and Gold Nuggets.
-Sand and Red Sand now can be blasted in the Blast Furnace.
-Chains now craft into 3 instead of 1.
-Rotten Flesh can be smoked in the Smoker for Leather.
